    2-hour initial intake & prenatal visit

    1-hour routine follow-up prenatal visits
    > Monthly until 27 weeks
    > Bi-weekly from 28-35 weeks
    > Weekly from 36 weeks until birth

    Education & evidence-based information to make informed choices throughout your care (for yourself & your baby)

    Direct access to your midwife by phone/text (for urgent matters) & email (for routine questions)

    Select routine screening tests

  • Includes:
    Care provided by your midwife & a trained assistant

    Routine newborn assessment & care, including screening for critical congenital heart defects (CCHD)

    Assistance with breastfeeding initiation

    In-home visits at 24-48 hours & 1-week postpartum

    Office visits at 2-weeks & 6-weeks postpartum

    Continued direct access to your midwife through 6-weeks postpartum

    Filing of paperwork for your baby’s birth certificate & social security number
