Prenatal Care
1-hour intake appointment (via telehealth)
1-hour routine follow-up prenatal visits
Monthly until 27 weeks
Bi-weekly from 28-35 weeks
Weekly from 36 weeks & beyond
Education & evidence-based information to make informed choices throughout your care (for yourself & your baby)
Direct access to your midwife by phone/text (for urgent matters) & email (for routine questions)
In-office lab collection
Birth & Postpartum
Care provided by your midwife & a trained assistant
Routine newborn assessment & care, including screening for critical congenital heart defects (CCHD)
Assistance with breastfeeding initiation
In-home visits at 24-48 hours & 1 week postpartum
Office visits at 2-3 weeks & 6 weeks postpartum
Continued direct access to your midwife through 6 weeks postpartum
Filing of paperwork for your baby’s birth certificate & social security number
